Alfred Hitchcock is a master of suspense, Bernard Herrmann a master of film music. Together, the fabled director and brilliant screen composer created such breathtaking films as "The Trouble with Harry", "Vertigo", "The Man Who Knew Too Much" or "Psycho". The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Benjamin Northey, set scenes of these classics to music on the 8th and 9th February 2016 in Melbourne’s Hammer Hall. The BIG cinema team accepted thankfully the 16,000 km distance, ten hour time lag and 15° C temperature difference just for this film music concert "Hitchcock & Herrmann". In cooperation with the European Filmphilharmonic Institute we realized the technical feed for this crowd favorite.
